Asean make Bacteriological Incubator is used for the incubation of biological products under controlled conditions. These units are designed to satisfy a wide array of needs of any Research Laboratory, Pharmaceutical Lab, Chemical Lab, Clinical Lab, Microbiological Determination, Pharmaceutical Stability Assays, Food Processing, QC etc for cultivation of bacteria and for facilitating biological test etc.

Construction: Double walled: Outer wall of Mild steel powder coated and inner chamber of Stainless steel 304.

CONTROL PANEL: Control panel fitted bottom side of the incubator with the following electrical accessories:

  1. Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller
  2. ON/OFF Switch with indicating lamp
  3. Heater (On/Off) indicating lamp

Temperature Range:  + 5˚C above ambient to 60˚C. (On Request Up to & 70˚C Available)

Controller: Microprocessor based controller with LED Display, PID Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, with   dual display of set Value and Process value for precise control of temperature.

Accuracy: ± 0.5˚C. (On Request ±0. 2˚C)

Resolution: 0.1˚C

Sensor: PT100.

Heating  System: Heating elements made from the best quality are used.

Fan: Air circulation provided to maintain temperature uniformity.

Door: Main Door with Magnetic gasket with lock and Key.

Trays: Adjustable-Stainless Steel.

Sub Doors: Inner Sub Doors Made of Acrylic

Insulation: PUF to minimize temperature loss

Caster: Smooth moving ball bearing type Castor wheels for moving entire equipment (Johnson make) /Solid Bush at the bottom of the Incubator

Fuse: Equipped with slow blow fuse for compressor protection.

Safety Features: Safety standby thermostat to cut off heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature

Power Supply:  Single phase 230V, 50Hz, AC mains.
